Manufacturing Technologies, Inc., relies on a highly skilled workforce, they
know the importance of hiring and retaining committed workers. SMT President Roy Sweatman personally greets

Development Impact Award – Tampa Ship
Tampa
Ship has had tremendous impact on Tampa’s workforce and economy. Within its first month of operation, Tampa
Ship hired 500 high-paying positions and plans to hire 500 more.
